About Dorene.

Dorene has been the primary acupuncturist at Be Well and Beyond since 2007 where she has a general practice.  She also practices at the Healing Garden Cancer Support Center in Harvard, MA where she provides oncology-specific acupuncture.  Her work encompasses Chinese and Japanese styles of acupuncture including non-insertive and magnet treatments for her most sensitive patients.

Dorene has a Doctorate in Acupuncture from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine.  She received her Master's degree from and is now on faculty at the New England School of Acupuncture at MCPHS University.  She has completed acupuncture internships and residencies in Palliative Care (UMass Medical School, Worcester, MA) and Hospice (All Care Hospice, Lynn, MA).
